Recent projects include the construction of Southern Palm Crossing in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Southern Palm Crossing is a 350,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Costco, Marshall’s/ Homegoods, and Steinmart. Out parcels are occupied by Carraba’s, Panera Bakery Café, On The Border Restaurant, Max & Erma’s, Outback Steak House, Bank Atlantic and Citibank.

We have recently completed the renovation expansion of Village Shoppes on 441 (formerly known as Town Center), a 336,300 square foot shopping center anchored by K-Mart, Beall’s and Staples, located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. We have also just completed on the premises, two new buildings and new tenant build outs including Staples, Gold Coast Federal Credit and Joseph’s Classic Market.

Other projects of note include The Pointe at Wellington Green, a 150,000 square foot campus style commercial/retail complex anchored by L.A. Fitness, Thomasville Furniture and SunTrust Bank. Out parcels are occupied are occupied by Olive Garden and Smokey Bones restaurants. The Plaza at Wellington Green is a 66,800 square foot complex anchored by Norwalk Furniture, Office Depot and Wachovia Bank.

Office buildings include The Professional Center At The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Garden, Florida, consisting of a (4) 2 story Class A Mediterranean style building compromising 88,000 square feet of GLA anchored by WCI Prudential Realty and the Bank of America. Also a sister project, The Professional Center at Pembroke Lakes Mall is a twin 2 story Class A building totaling 91,500 square feet of GLA which consists of primarily Medical/Dental offices.

Our recent CUSTOM HOME projects include the Bryan Residence in Palm City, Florida, the Hawkins Residence in Indiantown, Florida and the Flanders Residence at Aquazul Condominiums in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

We are excited about our new 2010 upcoming project, The Pointe and Professional Center at Kendall Town Center, in Kendall Florida, a 220,983 square foot development consisting of 65,344 square feet of office space, primarily medical offices, along with 85,212 square feet of retail and restaurants.
